Etsy has all you need (minus the venue) for a baby shower. There are plenty of custom and handmade party favors, gifts, invites, decorations, supplies, linens and more.
I love party-planning; especially baby showers. It can be a lot of fun to reconnect with friends and family, eat good food and create incredible memories. Most of all it is all about celebrating the mom to be and her bundle of joy.
Here are some helpful tips to hosting or planning a successful baby shower.
WHERE TO START?
First you are going to want to select a host. If you are just planning the baby shower and not hosting it; perhaps ask the mom-to-be's parents, siblings, friends or co-workers to host. The mom-to-be may not want to have the trouble of cleaning and preparing food for guests.

I prefer gifting new moms gift cards so it is easy to ship if they are non-local. Plus; they can choose what they need. I preferred gift cards when I was a new mom. They sure came in handy since I had plenty of baby clothes and such.
